Bereavement Meal Team
Do you have a gift of hospitality, a love for cooking, or a heart for those who are grieving?
We invite you to join our Bereavement Meal Ministry as we care for families during one of life’s most difficult moments — saying goodbye to a loved one.
Food Preparation Team — prepare and provide food from home for the funeral luncheon. Bring the food up to the church on the day of the funeral before the luncheon.
Service Team — help set up, serve, and care for families at the church on the day of the service. This team sets up for the luncheon typically the day before, and stays after the luncheon to clean up. You do not have to do both. This team is flexible and we all pitch in to help out and serve where we can.
